RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind every piece we curate.

If something isn’t right, we make it right with clarity, fairness, and respect for the craft behind each object.


General Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the piece must be:

  • unused

  • uninstalled

  • unaltered

  • with tags

  • in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at aiosllc@outlook.com. Return shipping addresses vary depending on the item and its point of origin.

Please do not ship any item to our business mailing address or to the address printed on the package.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and coordinated instructions to ensure the process is smooth and accurate.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Business Mailing Address (Correspondence Only)

Our business mailing address is used exclusively for general correspondence and administrative matters. It is not a return location.

Any product shipped to this address will be rejected and returned to the sender.


Handcrafted, Made‑to‑Order & High‑Value Pieces

Many of our pieces are handcrafted, made to order, or produced in limited quantities. For this reason:

  • Custom, personalized, or made‑to‑order items are final sale.

  • High‑value items (over $500) are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Variations in tone, texture, air pockets, surface finish, or color are inherent to handcrafted concrete and natural materials and are not considered defects.

  • Natural patina, changes in sheen, and wear over time are expected characteristics of concrete and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

  • Items placed outdoors are not covered under warranty or eligible for return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging.

We cannot accept claims for items that have been:

  • installed

  • altered

  • used

We are not responsible for damage occurring during or after installation.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Made‑to‑order items

  • High‑value items unless defective

  • Installed or attempted‑installation items

  • Items placed outdoors

  • Items damaged by chemicals, abrasives, or improper maintenance

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, return the original piece (if eligible). Once approved, you may place a new order.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
